HIGH SCHOOL 1957-60
These are my recollections as to how it was at High School, bear in mind that was about 60 years ago.
FYI: 4 years at high school, the interesting things I recall, some petty.
I am not saying this is the way things should be, more that was the way it was.
So maybe things change with time,
or maybe not.
- Public transport: that was the way most of us got to school
- Bullies: the crabgrass on the lawn of life
- Flies: At one point we had a plague of these.
- The haircut: the idea of long hair was different before the beatles
- Slick transit: One kid in high school had a car.......
- The prize fight: Only a few fights at school were really memorable....
- Order in the class: Discipline, way back then...
